Parks scoring meaningfully below the median of parks like them: same typology, size, and ravine/waterfront status. Many of these are placeholder parcels (hydro corridors, ravine slivers, watercourses). Some are real parks where the surrounding edge has decayed and the model is picking that up.
Scores are not bell-curved. The gap is computed against the median of comparable parks, not against a forced normal distribution.
