How your submission is used
  • Submissions are stored on this project’s server in a flat JSON log and aggregated for the public review list. They are not shared with any third party.
  • Public · anonymous(default): your comment is shown on this page and on the park’s detail page with no name attached. Nothing identifying is published.
  • Public · attributed: the name / role / affiliation you type appears below your comment. Don’t use this option if you want to stay anonymous.
  • Private: the row is kept for research only and never rendered publicly. It still informs aggregate review counts.
  • We don’t require an email. If you provide one (the widget on each park page collects it optionally), we use it once to set the reply-to on a transactional message via Resend — and we do not write it to the review row on disk. Resend may retain message metadata for a short window per their own policy; we don’t share your email for marketing or analytics, and it never appears on any public page.
  • IP addresses are not stored on review rows. (A short-lived in-memory window is used solely for rate-limiting, then discarded.)
  • Want a row removed? Email infotorontoparksatlas.ca with the public-facing text of the row and it will be deleted in the next build.
